Compare Eating at McDonalds to Eating Real Food

In this video, Dr Saladino does a humorous, yet sobering, review of what is in a McDonalds meal. He then recommends eating real food, like grass-fed and finished beef, pastured pork and chicken, and cooking in tallow instead of seed oils.  The result of the McDonalds meal is shown to be diabetes, weight, gain and other chronic diseases. Videos like this remind me of why we began producing real foods 20 years ago.
