TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1.  Payment Obligation Invoices are due and payable within 5 working days of receipt, unless a different time-frame is explicitly stated on the invoice or confirmed order. Prompt payment honors the command to "owe no man anything" (Romans 13:8) and upholds righteousness in commerce.

  2. Persistent Default and Recovery If payment remains outstanding more than sixty (30) days after the due date, the matter shall be addressed with a view toward biblical restitution and reconciliation where possible. Bartlett Farms reserves the right to suspend further deliveries or services until full restitution is made, as continued extension of credit to a defaulting party risks enabling unrighteousness.
