When you opt in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Bartlett Farms (e.g., delivery updates and offers), including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number you designate. You agree to receive up to 5 SMS messages per month. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency may vary, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Bartlett Farms. Bartlett Farms reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Bartlett Farms also reserves the right to change the phone number from which messages are sent. Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider. We do not sell or rent your mobile number or contact information to anyone. 

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages. 

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received our messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. The reply message will state: "You are unsubscribed from Bartlett Farms." After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you need assistance, text "HELP" to the number from which you received our messages. After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.

Transfer of Number

If you change your mobile number or transfer it to another person, you must text "STOP" from the original number or notify us of your old number at jim@bartlettfarms.us before doing so. This is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

Messaging Terms Changes

We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued enrollment following such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications and agreement to continue receiving messages.

Our SMS messaging program is compliant with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) guidelines.
